We are looking for a permanent, Part-Time Procurement & Safety Administrator to join our team. This position is between 28 to 32 hours per week, during business hours in Blackfalds. A specific schedule will be discussed and agreed upon with the selected candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new products/supplies for product manufacturing & operations
- Communicate with suppliers, logistics companies & internal departments
- Review pricing and market analysis
- Analyze inventory & ensure timely aquisition of goods and services
- Maintain & build relationsips with suppliers
- Maintain current documentation to support Safety Coordinator
Requirements:
- Experience working in QuickBooks is an asset
- Knowledge or experience in Safety is an asset
- Detail-oriented with exceptional attention to accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Technological proficiency
- Thorough understanding of procurement principles, practices, and procedures
- Leadership, Interpersonal and Collaborative Abilities
- Excellent Written, Verbal and Listening Skills
Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
