Trim Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company that provides commercial and large-scale high-end residential landscaping services in Nova Scotia. We are continually growing and are looking to add an Operator to our team in Bedford. What You'll Do





- Safely operate equipment including excavators, skid steers, wheel loaders and other landscape construction equipment.
- Complete grading, excavation, site preparation and material placement.
- Load, unload and transport soil, gravel, mulch and other landscaping materials.
- Assist with the installation of retaining walls, trees, shrubs, drainage systems and other landscape features.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
- Read site plans and work with the Crew Leader to complete projects efficiently.
- Support crew members with general landscape construction tasks when equipment is not in use.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe job site.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience operating construction or landscaping equipment.
- Experience operating excavators and skid steers is required.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, dependable and able to work as part of a team.
- Experience in landscape construction is considered an asset.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional overtime and weekend work during peak season.
