Requirements:
· Minimum grade 12 education
· Excellent math, organizational and communication skills
Duties:
· Assist the pharmacist in the day to day activities in the pharmacy
· Identify opportunities for maximizing efficiency and implementing innovative ideas
· Prepare pharmaceutical products safely and accurately using a variety of distribution systems.
· Perform drug purchasing and inventory management duties.
· Use technology applicable to pharmacy practice.
· Participate in quality assurance programs.
· Perform administrative functions to support the operation of the pharmacy.
Skills:
· Prioritizes work to meet deadlines
· Detail oriented
· Strong computer skills with accurate and efficient data entry
· Proficient working with Kroll software (an asset but not required)
· Ability to multitask and focus in a rapid paced environment
· Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude
· Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing
· Ability to work within a team and independently

*the store is open Monday to Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-5 and closed on Sundays and statutory holidays. There would be weekend shifts.
