Proshop Attendant – Lebovic Golf Club

Lebovic Golf Club, designed by world-renowned course architect Doug Carrick, is an 18-hole championship golf course located on the Oak Ridges Moraine in Aurora, Ontario. Ranked the 3rd best new golf course by Golf Digest in 2016, we host private charity tournaments, offering golfers breathtaking views, challenging holes, and a welcoming atmosphere.

As a Proshop Attendant, you will be part of a team dedicated to creating a “best-in-class” experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email, including booking players.
- Assist with planning and coordinating golf tournaments and events.
- Receive and document incoming shipments according to company policy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Proshop at all times.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
- Collaborate with Back Shop and Support Shop staff to support smooth daily operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

- Previous golf or customer service experience preferred.

- Ability to lift merchandise and operate golf carts.

Back Shop Attendant – Lebovic Golf Club

Lebovic Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Back Shop Attendant. This is a hands-on, active role where customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail are key. If you enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

- Greet golfers in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide information about course policies, tee times, and amenities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly





Golf Cart & Equipment Maintenance

- Clean and maintain golf carts
- Stock carts with scorecards, tees, pencils, etc.
- Perform basic maintenance checks and report issues

Facility Maintenance

- Maintain clean and safe course, practice, and storage areas
- Pick up range balls and complete garbage runs
- Fill sand/seed bottles, club & ball washers, and stock coolers

Tee Time & Check-In Support

- Check in golfers and confirm tee times
- Assist with golf bags and direct players to starting tees
- Help ensure smooth operations and proper pace of play

Safety & Compliance

- Enforce course rules and proper equipment use
- Maintain safe operations across all areas

Additional Duties

- Opening and closing responsibilities
- Event setup (registration, contests, hole sponsors)
- Support pro shop, clubhouse, and maintenance teams

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of golf operations is an asset
- Ability to operate golf carts and small machinery
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule (weekends and holidays required)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
