We are looking for an energetic and dedicated A&W; Supervisor to lead our restaurant team and ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you will oversee food preparation, customer service, and team management to deliver a top-notch dining experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, hospitality, and leadership, with a knack for motivating staff and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring all food safety and quality protocols are followed.
Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to meet company standards.
- Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and oversee training to foster a motivated and efficient staff.
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems such as Micros POS accurately during shifts.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members to build a strong restaurant team.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the restaurant setting.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly,
and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or leadership experience within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices.
- Experience with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of restaurant management operations including inventory control and staff scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills for team management and customer interaction.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards gained through restaurant or hotel experience is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
