CFT Performance Centre – Chilliwack, BC

CFT Performance Centre is looking for an experienced automotive window tinter to work with us on a contract basis, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position as demand grows.

We sell, service, and recondition specialty, European, performance, classic, and luxury vehicles. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the level of care required when working on high-end vehicles.

The Role

The position will initially focus on mobile window tinting performed at our Chilliwack facility. Candidates who also have automotive detailing experience may be considered for a combined Window Tinter and Detailer position with more consistent hours.

Responsibilities

- Install automotive window tint on a variety of vehicles
- Complete clean, precise installations without contamination, creases, gaps, or damage
- Safely remove existing tint when required
- Maintain a clean and professional work area
- Protect vehicle interiors, trim, electronics, and painted surfaces
- Inspect completed work before vehicle delivery
- Communicate clearly regarding scheduling, materials, and installation requirements
- Assist with vehicle detailing and reconditioning, depending on experience
- Maintain the professional standards expected when working on specialty and luxury vehicles

Qualifications





- Previous professional automotive window tinting experience is required
- Must be able to complete installations independently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Experience working with European, luxury, classic, or specialty vehicles is an asset
- Automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, or paint protection film experience is an asset
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work at our Chilliwack facility
- Professional, dependable, organized, and respectful
- Valid driver’s licence

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience, installation quality, and whether the position is contract or full-time.

This role is ideal for an established mobile tinter looking for steady contract work and the opportunity to eventually join a growing automotive business full-time.
