Compensation

- Piece Work (Per Job Pay – on payroll):
- Earn based on completed projects, allowing high performers to maximize income.
- Hourly Pay:

Available for certain projects, training, or support roles. This structure allows you to earn more while maintaining consistent, reliable pay through payroll.

Responsibilities

- Preparation: Sanding, masking, patching, and protecting surfaces
- Painting: High-quality application using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Teamwork: Working with crews and leading when needed
- Final Walkthrough: Ensuring the job meets our standard and exceeds customer expectations

Requirements

- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in residential and/or commercial painting
- Knowledge of tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, sprayers, caulking, etc.)
- Own tools are considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
