Reports to: The Person Who Notices When You Burn the Falafel

At Only Falafels, we’re seeking an experienced professional to lead the execution of our core production strategy.

Translation?

We’re looking for someone to stand at a fryer , cook amazing falafel, and absolutely own the line.

This isn’t just another kitchen job.

You’ll be responsible for the single most important product in the building. Every wrap, bowl, taco and nacho starts with you.

No pressure.

Actually… a little pressure.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute falafels production with unwavering consistency.
- Master the art of transforming humble chickpeas and fava beans into customer happiness.
- Maintain peak fryer performance during controlled chaos (also known as lunch).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Front-of-House Operations (the person bagging orders).
- Ensure all falafel leaves the fryer crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside.
- Keep the kitchen cleaner than your browser history.

Preferred Qualifications

- You move with purpose.




- You don’t panic when twelve tickets print at once.
- You know that “I’ll do it later” usually becomes “I forgot.”
- You can take feedback without taking it personally.
- You understand that consistency beats perfection.

Kitchen experience is great.

A great attitude is even better.
