We're hiring Maintenance Supervisors for leading manufacturing clients across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario.
What you need to have:
- 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably within manufacturing, automotive, or food manufacturing environments.
- 2–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting.
- Certified Millwright (433A) designation is considered a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, motors, and production equipment.
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
- Lead and supervise maintenance activities while providing guidance and support to maintenance team members.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
