Crave is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic barista/retail staff to join our vibrant bakery and coffee shop. If you have a passion for delicious baked goods, exceptional customer service, and love creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, we want to hear from you!

As part of our team, you’ll help ensure every customer enjoys a great experience—whether it’s through friendly service, maintaining a beautifully organized space, or sharing the joy of our handcrafted beverages and baking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Greet and serve customers with a smile, ensuring an exceptional bakery and coffee experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of our menu, including pastries, and coffee offerings, to assist customers with their selections. Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks from our menu.
- Sales:



Process transactions accurately using our POS system, handle cash and card payments, and provide excellent checkout service.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the café areas clean and organized, including the display cases, counters, and customer seating areas.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure seamless service and a positive workplace for both customers and team members.

Qualifications:

- Customer Service Skills: A friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in food and or coffee service is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate!
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holiday
