Trépanier Services – Ottawa, ON

Trépanier Services serves the Ottawa region with seasonal landscaping and property maintenance services and is now hiring experienced interlock installers to join our operations team.

Position Details

- Job Type: Full-time, seasonal
- Season: April to October
- Availability: Monday-Friday
- Hours: shifts may range from 8–10 hours

Pay

- 20-24$/h, based on experience, skill, reliability, and position.

Responsibilities

- Excavating, Grading and site preparation
- Laying interlock pavers and patio stones
- Cutting pavers with saws and compactors
- Installing retaining walls and garden borders
- Compacting and finishing interlock surfaces
- Ensure properties are safe, explicit, and properly maintained
- Perform basic equipment inspections and report any issues
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

- 2+ years of Experience as an Interlock Labourer
- Valid Class G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
- Comfortable driving and working outdoors in warm weather




- Reliable transportation to and from the shop/jobsites
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Preferred Experience & Assets

- Excavator, Loader, and other operating experience
- Experience pulling trailers from 14’ to 25’ and hauling with medium duty trucks
- AZ or DZ licence (considered an asset)
