Outside Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing accounts, presenting our products, and increasing sales within an assigned territory.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building long-term business relationships, and earning additional income through a solid commission structure.

Responsibilities

- Visit prospective and existing customers within the assigned sales territory
- Promote and sell the company’s products to retail and business customers
- Develop new accounts through cold calling, referrals, networking, and in-person visits
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and close orders
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and follow-ups
- Provide customers with information about new products, promotions, and pricing
- Work closely with the internal sales and customer service teams

Qualifications

- One to two years of previous sales experience is preferred
- Outside sales, retail sales, wholesale,



distribution, or business-to-business sales experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Comfortable meeting new customers and travelling throughout the assigned territory
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Basic computer and smartphone skills

Language Requirements

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is required because the representative will regularly communicate with customers from a multilingual community.
