Kayla’s Kleaning is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Residential & Cottage Cleaner to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a long-term position with a growing local business.
Position Details
- Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend Airbnb/rental turnovers
- Starting immediately
- $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
- Mileage reimbursement available for jobs outside of Huntsville (depending on distance)
- All cleaning products and equipment are provided
Responsibilities
- Residential and cottage cleaning
- Airbnb and rental turnover cleaning
- Following detailed cleaning checklists and maintaining high cleaning standards
- Providing friendly, qualified service to clients
- Working alongside the owner initially, with the ability to work independently as training progresses
Qualifications
- Full G driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties
- Able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Able to pass a criminal record check
- Cleaning experience is an asset but not required—we are happy to train the right person.
Initially, you’ll work alongside the owner to learn our cleaning systems, expectations, and the level of quality our clients have come to expect. As your confidence and experience grow, you’ll transition into completing cleanings independently while continuing to be supported by the team.
