This role requires strong technical skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a professional crew. Your Role
- Work with the roofing crew to install, repair, and replace commercial/industrial flat roofing systems (torch‑on, single‑ply, and more)
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Perform job site setup, cleanup,
and material handling
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time
- Represent the company with professionalism on client sites
- Participate in paid training and follow all company safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of flat roofing experience (required)
- Valid WHMIS 2015 and Working at Heights certifications (required)
- Skilled in torching and other flat roofing techniques
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Robust reliability, teamwork, and safety-first mindset
- Experience in construction or mechanics is an asset
Schedule
- Full-time & permanent (40 hours/week)
- Monday to Friday
