Commission based salary - Fixed $300 per car sold

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and maximizing sales opportunities. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products.
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

-Licensed OMVIC Salespersons Only

-Basic knowledge of motor vehicles including make and model and engine types.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.




- Proven ability to upsell and meet sales targets.
- Experience in technical sales is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset.
- Previous cashiering or retail experience preferred.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
