Certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Female Caregiver

Modern Angels Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, professional, and dedicated Female Certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who provides care with patience, dignity, empathy, and genuine human connection.

This role involves supporting a client with a brain injury and requires a calm, confident, and attentive caregiver who understands the importance of consistency, emotional support, and respectful care.

Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with grooming, hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
- Support cognitive and emotional well-being through a calm and reassuring approach
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Encourage routine, engagement, and client comfort
- Observe and report any changes in condition or behaviour
- Work collaboratively with family members and the care team
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful communication at all times

Qualifications:

- Certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate from a recognized Ontario program




- Must be a member of HSCPOA
- Experience supporting clients with brain injuries is required
- Gentle, patient, and compassionate personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and emotionally mature
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
