We're a well-established home staging company serving Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, and we're looking for an experienced Home Stager to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on, rewarding role that goes far beyond decorating. From coordinating installations and styling homes to moving furniture and preparing properties for market, you'll play a key role in helping homes make an unforgettable first impression. Compensation:

$25 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:

Design & Property Styling

- Visit properties to evaluate layouts,



architectural features, and staging opportunities.

- Develop thoughtful staging concepts tailored to each home's style, target buyer, and budget.

- Select and style furniture, artwork, décor, lighting, and accessories to create warm, inviting spaces.

- Prepare homes for photography, video tours, open houses, and showings while ensuring every detail is presentation-ready.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate staging installations, furniture deliveries, de-staging, and project timelines.

- Collaborate with movers, assistants, photographers, Realtors, homeowners, and developers to keep projects running smoothly.

- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve on-site challenges with confidence and professionalism.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

- Help maintain an organized warehouse with clean, well-maintained staging inventory.

- Coordinate furniture movement, inventory tracking, repairs, and purchasing as needed.

- Support logistics to ensure every project is completed efficiently and on schedule.

Client Experience

- Build robust relationships with homeowners, Realtors, and industry partners through exceptional service.

- Provide professional recommendations regarding furniture placement, styling, decluttering, paint colours, and cosmetic improvements.

- Deliver a polished,



professional experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.

Continuous Improvement

- Assist with marketing initiatives, special design projects, and company events.

- Share ideas that improve efficiency, elevate the client experience, and strengthen company operations.

- Support interior design installations and creative projects when opportunities arise.

Qualifications:

- Valid Class 5 driver's license with confidence driving throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland

- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with an exceptional work ethic
- Professional, polished, and confident with a positive attitude and strong sense of style
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
- Physically capable of lifting and moving furniture (up to 50 lbs), navigating stairs, and assisting with staging installations and de-staging projects
- Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- A collaborative team player who takes initiative and enjoys contributing wherever needed
- Always looking for ways to improve processes, elevate the client experience, and exceed expectations
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
