Overview
Asante Dental Centre is looking for a full time Dental Receptionist / Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator ( Monday - Friday ) to help with our growing practice with a great team and dedicated patients.
The right candidate must be a team player and be an exceptional communicator with excellent customer service.
This is a position for a dental receptionist. Please do not apply if you do not have dental reception training.
Duties
- Greet patients as they arrive and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
- Process patient information and verify insurance details efficiently.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office.
- Handle billing inquiries and assist with payment processing as needed.
- Keep the front desk area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Ensure compliance with medical terminology and office protocols in all communications.
Experience
- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist is required.
- Proficient in using phone systems and managing multi-line calls effectively.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practices is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
