We are looking for an experienced Landscape Construction & Snow Operations Lead to join our team and become an important part of our continued growth.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and leading daily field operations, including landscape construction projects during the warmer months and snow & ice management operations during the winter.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on construction experience who can operate equipment, complete projects independently, and provide leadership and direction to other crew members.

Responsibilities:

Landscape Construction (Spring–Fall)

- Lead and complete residential and commercial landscape construction projects
- Perform and oversee:
- Grading and final grade preparation
- Sod installation and lawn renovations
- Drainage and site preparation
- Interlock preparation and installation
- Retaining wall construction
- Planting, mulching, and property improvements
- Operate compact construction equipment, including but not limited to Mini skid steer and Skid steer
- Loaders and other landscaping equipment would be considered an assit
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Assist with training and directing crew members
- Identify issues on-site and provide practical solutions

Snow & Ice Management (Winter)

- Operate snow plow trucks and snow removal equipment
- Complete commercial snow clearing and salting operations
- Respond to winter weather events, including early mornings and overnight storms




- Maintain assigned snow routes and ensure customer properties are serviced properly
- Assist with equipment preparation, maintenance, and storm readiness
- Follow company procedures for safety, quality, and customer service

Qualifications

- 3+ years of landscape construction experience preferred
- Previous commercial snow removal experience required
- Experience operating:
- Mini skid steers
- Skid steers
- Plow trucks
- Salt spreaders
- Strong understanding of landscape construction practices
- Experience with grading, drainage, hardscaping, and site preparation
- Ability to work independently and lead small crews
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Reliable and dependable with robust work ethic

Additional Requirements

- Professional references required
- Successful completion of a criminal background check may be required
- Must be available for winter snow operations and emergency response when required

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

- Starting wage: $28-30/hour based on experience
- Performance-based wage increases available
