Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
- Provide knowledgeable advice on product specifications, usage, and compatibility to support informed purchasing decisions
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques
- Ensure the store remains organized by restocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and keeping the sales floor tidy
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Must be able to lift 40lbs




- Must be able to work independently and with others as well

Skills

- Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; familiarity with product demos and technical explanations is a plus
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey product information and build rapport with customers
- Excellent organizational skills for managing merchandise displays and inventory records
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and pricing calculations
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
