We are looking for AZ and DZ drivers to operate our various fleet of vehicles from sweeper, water & dump truck and live bottom trailers

At A&G; The Road Cleaners Ltd., we ensure our equipment is a safe for our drivers so they can do their best quality work. We are also an essential service with many growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

· Maintaining accurate documentation including but not limited to safety reports and hours.

· Maintain/clean equipment, conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs as required

· Operate specialized equipment, including winter equipment as trained and required

· Ability to understand performance requirements of the contract, route map and sand/salt application rate etc.

· Available 24/7 and respond to call-ins within 60 minutes (evenings, weekends, nights and holidays)

· Great customer service skills, team player and good communication a must.
Being punctual is an asset as well as being organized.

Requirements:





· Mechanically inclined is preferred

· AZ or DZ license with a clean drivers abstract

· Previous experience in winter works operations and winter combination units is an asset

· Ability to work flexible schedule and long shifts

· Appreciation for a high level of efficient and quality work

· Ability to communicate effectively with solid writing skills

· Ability to work shift work and be on call on a regular basis

· Sweeper. Tri-Axle, Live Bottom, and Water truck experience preferred

· Able to work in all types of weather and temperatures
