Job Position: AZ/DZ Drivers

Job Location: Northumberland County - Bay of Quinte Areas

Company Briefing: Earth-Crete Ontario Inc. is gearing up for the 2026/2027 construction season and we are looking to hire experienced AZ/DZ truck drivers to join our team. We specialize in all aspects of civil construction including, but not limited to; site servicing, site remediation, bulk earth moving, road construction, and concrete construction. Through precision and meticulous planning, we strive to complete all projects in a quick and efficient manner. We are a family owned and operated business that has established ourselves as a leading provider of both heavy civil construction and concrete construction within the Northumberland County and Bay of Quinte Areas. Tasks/Responsibility:

· DZ - Able to operate tri-axle dump trucks

· AZ – Able to float heavy machinery when needed

· Working under onsite Forman

· Able to accurately complete mandatory circle checks within the MTO Guidelines

· Able to accurately complete all mandatory driving logs prior to starting trip

· Understands and can maintain the servicing of a given truck

· Able to maintain cleanliness of a given truck

· Able to properly maintain all internal records and material haul information

· Must be reliable and on-time

· Willing to complete all assigned tasks to complete daily projects

· Available to work 12-hour days throughout the primary construction season when needed

· Able to work weekends if needed

Qualifications:

· Full AZ/DZ license

· 10+ years of AZ/DZ driving experience mandatory





· Experience floating heavy equipment considered an asset

· Experience hauling material to and from quarries and pits considered an asset

· Experience navigating trucks in and out of site development and road construction considered an asset
