Futurescape Landscaping is looking for an experienced, motivated, and dependable 310T Truck and Coach Technician to join our growing team.

This is more than just a mechanic's job. You'll play a critical role in keeping our fleet operating safely and efficiently across our landscaping, hardscaping, quarry, retail yard, and commercial snow removal divisions. From highway trucks and trailers to loaders, excavators, skid steers, and specialized winter equipment, every day brings a new challenge.

What You'll Do

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and fleet vehicles.
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, air brakes, steering, suspension, driveline components, and pneumatic systems.
- Complete MTO Safety Standards Certificates (Yellow Stickers), inspections, and required maintenance documentation.
- Maintain accurate service records using computerized maintenance management systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs when required.
- Work closely with management and operations to prioritize repairs and keep projects moving.
- Help improve preventative maintenance programs, shop organization, and fleet reliability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop while following all Company Health & Safety policies.
- Participate in an on-call rotation during the commercial snow season when required.

What We're Looking For

- Valid Ontario 310T Truck and Coach Technician Licence.




- Minimum 3-5 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial trucks and heavy equipment.
- Strong diagnostic skills with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, steering, suspension, and emissions systems.
- Experience with landscaping, construction, aggregate, or snow removal equipment is a strong asset.
- Comfortable using computers and digital maintenance software.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence (DZ or AZ Licence is an asset).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to quality workmanship, teamwork, and workplace safety.

Pay: $30.99-$51.00 per hour
