Our established Maple Ridge practice is searching for a confident, patient-focused qualified to help deliver an exceptional experience from the moment patients walk through the door. The Opportunity

Schedule: A consistent full-time schedule that includes Saturdays.

Compensation: $30–$37 per hour, based on experience

About You:

You're someone who enjoys staying organized, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.



You communicate with confidence, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy being a dependable member of a collaborative team.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Three or more years of experience in dental administration
- Experience managing appointment scheduling and maintaining an efficient daily schedule
- Experience working with Practice Management Software (ex. Cleardent or Tracker)
- Confidence communicating with patients in person and over the phone
- Knowledge of dental insurance submissions, predeterminations, and pre-authorizations
- Accounts receivable experience is considered an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
