Job Overview
Spatial is looking for detail-oriented and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position will play a key role in supporting our sales team, managing product flow and supporting our customers.

Responsibilities
- Process and ship sales orders
- Inventory management. Receive, track and organize incoming products
- Manage showroom inventory and update displays as required
- Assist customers with product purchases and equipment pickups
- Document, track, and manage incoming repairs
- Update firmware and install licenses on new equipment
- Prepare rental equipment, including setup, licensing, and tracking monthly invoicing
- Provide shipping quotes to support sales proposals
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness & inventory on an ongoing basis
Qualifications/Experience
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with technical equipment and learning new systems
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, order processing, and communication tools)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with shipping/receiving and inventory management is an asset
- Forklift experience/licence is an asset
- Interest or experience in surveying, geomatics, or construction equipment is preferred
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
