Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Account Logistics Coordinator to manage our international supply chain operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts. You will oversee all outbound shipments and customer correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

- Account Management: Serve as the dedicated logistics liaison for all North American and international customer accounts.
- Global Documentation: Prepare precise export paperwork, including Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and all export documents.
- Outbound Coordination: Schedule, track, and manage global ocean, air, and over-the-road freight.
- Customs Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with varying international customs, trade regulations, and tariff requirements.
- Carrier Relations: Work with freight forwarders and brokers to secure competitive shipping rates and reliable transit times to meet customer requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve transit delays, customs holds, or shipping discrepancies to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



International logistics, export coordination, or global supply chain and/or relevant industry training.
- Regulations: Understanding of Incoterms, HS/Tariff codes, and global shipping documentation.
- Communication: Strong communication skills for dealing with global clients and brokers
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight customer focused deadlines.
