The Wellness Exchange is looking for a friendly, dependable and enthusiastic Wellness Advisor to join our team.

Our Wellness Advisors are at the heart of the customer experience. This is much more than a traditional retail sales position — you’ll help customers navigate our wide selection of health and wellness products, answer questions, make thoughtful product recommendations and create the welcoming experience our customers have come to expect.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, loves learning and thrives as part of a small, collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, attentive service
- Helping customers find products and navigate the store
- Learning about our products and making appropriate recommendations
- Answering customer questions in person and by phone
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
- Maintaining clean, organized and attractive shelves and displays
- Checking and maintaining shelf labels and pricing
- Helping maintain general store cleanliness and organization
- Supporting promotions, events and seasonal merchandising
- Working collaboratively with the rest of the team to keep the store running smoothly

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Previous retail or customer-service experience and POS knowledge is an asset but isn’t necessarily required. Experience or education related to health, wellness,



nutrition or natural products is also an asset, but a willingness and ability to learn is equally important.

Schedule

This position requires flexible availability, including a combination of daytime, evening and weekend shifts based on business needs. Applicants should be comfortable with a retail schedule that may vary from week to week.

Compensation: Starting at $17/hour, with higher compensation available based on relevant experience and qualifications.
