Every day, dental teams rely on high-tech machinery to change lives—but who keeps that machinery alive? You do.

We are looking for a skilled Field Service Dental Equipment Technician who thrives on solving complex mechanical puzzles, mastering advanced electronics, and saving the day for clinics in need. You won’t be stuck behind a desk. Instead, you will be the mobile hero driving from clinic to clinic, ensuring our medical tech operates flawlessly so patients get the care they need.

If you are a diagnostic wizard who loves working with your hands and moving between different environments, this is your next career move.

What You Will Do (Your Core Impact)

High-Stakes Diagnostics & Emergency Repairs

- Isolate Failures: Trace and resolve complex faults across integrated electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and water systems.
- Component Replacement: Swap malfunctioning circuit boards, solenoids, valves, heating elements, and internal tubing.
- Master the Specs: Read complex wiring diagrams, fluidic paths, and blueprints for rapid, accurate troubleshooting.
- Digital Calibration: Configure and optimize software settings on digital X-ray sensors, intraoral cameras, and 3D panoramic systems.
- Pressure Management: Rebuild and adjust air compressors and vacuum pumps to maintain perfect clinical suction.

Preventive Maintenance & System Longevity

- Sterilizer Testing: Validate autoclave pressure, temperature cycles, and door seals to guarantee flawless sterilization.
- Waterline Treatment: Flush and shock delivery lines to prevent biofilm buildup and ensure maximum safety.
- Lubrication Cycles: Service high-speed handpiece turbines, joints, and mechanical gears inside automated dental chairs.
- Radiation Safety: Perform critical, periodic dosage calibrations on X-ray units to keep clinics compliant and secure.

- Proactive Wear Analysis: Identify and replace aging O-rings, gaskets, and filters before they can cause a breakdown.

Field Operations & Clinic Support

- Hit the Road: Coordinate your daily schedule to travel efficiently between regional dental offices.
- Command Your Mobile Hub: Maintain a fully stocked service vehicle with critical spare parts, specialized tools, and testing meters.
- Save the Day: Dispatch quickly to clinics experiencing critical failures, rescuing them from costly patient cancellations.

Quality Assurance & Perfection

- Stress Testing: Run rigorous pre-operational checks on all machinery before clearing it for patient use.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Diagnose why things break to permanently eliminate recurring issues and maximize equipment uptime.
- Safety Verification: Check electrical grounding and structural stability on overhead surgical lights and heavy wall mounts.

What You Bring to the Team

- Technical Toolkit: Proven experience troubleshooting mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- The Diagnostic Mind: You see a mess of wires and fluid lines and know exactly how to map them.
- Field Mindset: You love a changing environment, enjoy driving, and can work adaptively in active clinic spaces.
- The Perfectionist Streak: You don't just patch things up; you tune them to factory-perfect performance.
- The Essentials: A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the physical ability to lift heavy machinery and work in tight clinic spaces.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
