Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our healthcare team in Wasaga Beach, ON. This role is ideal for night-shift champions who thrive in structured, 12-hour shifts and are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care during overnight hours.

Schedule & Shift Structure

- Shift Times: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

- Days: Monday to Sunday (Operational 24/7)

- Rotation: Rotating schedule (Includes alternating weekends and weekdays)

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients/residents in accordance with college standards and individual care plans.

- Monitoring & Assessment: Conduct ongoing assessments, monitor vital signs, and recognize/document changes in health status.

- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining strict documentation.

- Collaboration:



Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, and the broader healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic and paper medical records.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Licensure: Active registration and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as an RPN.

- Certifications: Valid CPR/BLS certification.

- Availability: Must be fully available to work 12-hour night shifts (8 PM - 8 AM) on a rotating Monday–Sunday schedule.

- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently during night hours.

- Compliance: Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and up-to-date immunizations (as required by healthcare regulations).
