The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Casual Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to support our Diagnostics and Sleep services. This position is primarily based at our Leduc location; however, the successful candidate may be asked to provide coverage at our other locations as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Conduct Pulmonary Function Testing (PFTs), including spirometry, lung volumes, and diffusion capacity
- Perform or assist with methacholine challenge testing and arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and analysis
- Guide patients through Level 3 home sleep testing, providing clear instructions and support
- Initiate and monitor CPAP therapy, ensuring patients are comfortable and compliant
- Educate patients on respiratory conditions, test procedures, and sleep hygiene
- Interpret and document test results,



communicating findings to physicians and other healthcare providers
- Maintain and sanitize diagnostic and CPAP equipment in line with clinical standards

What You’ll Need:

- Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRTA) in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR (Level C) for Healthcare Providers
- Registered with CSRT and proof of liability insurance
- Criminal record check
- Previous PFT and/or sleep therapy experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel to other RDG locations as needed for coverage
