Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on a wide range of liquor products, including spirits, wines, and beers
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to highlight featured products and promotions
- Ensure compliance with legal age restrictions by verifying identification during purchases
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock items




- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and prompt assistance

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially within beverage or specialty retail environments
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities or multilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for transaction accuracy
- Experience in merchandising, product demos, or technical sales enhances your ability to engage customers effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service practices is advantageous
