Sweet-o-one is looking for a full-time Cake Production Assistant to join our team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a bakery production environment, takes pride in creating consistently beautiful products, and values teamwork, quality, and attention to detail.

This is a production-focused role involving cake assembly, finishing, and decorating. While creativity is always appreciated, our priority is consistency and following established recipes, procedures, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble, finish, and decorate cakes according to company standards
- Work as part of a production team to complete daily cake orders
- Independently assemble and decorate cakes from start to finish
- Decorate and finish a small selection of pastries and desserts as needed
- Follow recipes, procedures, and daily production schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with other pastry production tasks when required

We're Looking For Someone Who:





- Has previous bakery, pastry, or cake decorating experience (an asset)
- Enjoys working in a production environment
- Takes pride in consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Works well as part of a team
- Is open to feedback and willing to learn our methods and standards
