C3m Construction is a medium sized construction company (General Contractor) that specializes in institutional and Commercial projects such as Tenant Improvements and renovations of government buildings, universities, colleges, schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants or similar projects.

We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and career-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee renovation and new build projects in Vancouver and the surrounding area. The Site Supervisor would be required to manage site related tasks through a variety of customer service, trade management, scheduling, and budget adherence tasks.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and associated drawings
- Operating a safe, secure, and clean worksite
- Interpreting and maintaining project timelines
- Coordination and overseeing of sub trades, suppliers, and in office labour




- Reviewing completed work and compiling quality control checklists
- Resolving on-site issues with team members and trade partners as they arise
- Working with clients and design teams in order to plan and execute projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications:

- Effective time management skills
- Technical knowledge of the residential construction industry
- Carpentry experience is an asset
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Office
- Valid BC Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

- Construction Supervising: 5 years (required)
