RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Warmly greet and welcome customers.

- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into our point-of-sale system.

- Prepare and assemble customizable bowls according to customers' preferences and Poulet Rouge© operational standards.

- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, including preparation areas and dining spaces.

- Consistently adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

- Handle customer requests and resolve issues or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.





- Work synergistically with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or a similar role is a plus.

- Positive communication skills and a friendly attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
