The Role

We are seeking a Barista & Front of House team member who combines strong coffee craft with elevated customer service. This is a hybrid front-of-house role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced café environment, takes pride in presentation and detail, and naturally connects with guests.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver Hospitality: Provide a warm, polished, and consistent guest experience from the moment they walk in.
- Craft Coffee: Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages consistently using established brand standards.
- Engage Guests: Confidently speak to our products, answer questions, and guide guests through our menu.
- Ensure Accuracy: Process orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Present with Pride: Plate and package pastries and food items with care and strict attention to detail.
- Maintain Standards: Keep a clean, organized, and well-presented café environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the Team: Assist with overall service flow, including bussing tables, restocking, and general cleaning.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or a café/hospitality environment (specialty coffee experience is a strong asset).
- Attention to Detail:



A sharp eye for presentation and genuine pride in the quality of your work.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to naturally connect with guests and colleagues.
- Team Player: The ability to hustle, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion: A genuine interest in hospitality, coffee culture, and continuous learning.
- Availability: Flexible schedule required, including weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
