Position Summary

The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in advancing TPG’s growth strategy by supporting divisional business development, strengthening market presence, enhancing customer engagement, and helping position TPG as an innovative and trusted leader in precast concrete solutions.

This is not a traditional communications-only marketing role. The successful candidate must be commercially minded, highly collaborative, execution-focused, and capable of operating effectively within a fast-paced operational environment supporting multiple divisions and stakeholders.

The Marketing Manager will help strengthen alignment across divisions while supporting TPG’s transformation toward greater accountability, operational excellence, innovation, and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand

- Support execution of TPG’s enterprise and divisional marketing strategies
- Ensure brand consistency across all divisions and customer touchpoints
- Support market positioning initiatives aligned with TPG’s strategic goals
- Help strengthen TPG’s reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation

Business Development & Sales Support

- Partner closely with divisional leaders and sales teams to support growth initiatives
- Develop customer-facing presentations, case studies, proposals, and sales support materials
- Support customer engagement initiatives and strategic growth activities
- Assist in identifying market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities

Digital Marketing & Communications

- Support website development with third party marketing companies and content management
- Coordinate social media and digital marketing activities
- Support internal and external communications initiatives
- Track marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness

Cross-Divisional Collaboration

- Act as a centralized marketing resource supporting all divisions
- Coordinate marketing priorities across business units
- Promote collaboration and sharing of best practices across the organization
- Support organizational alignment and enterprise-wide initiatives

Project & Execution Management

- Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to timelines and deliverables
- Track progress against initiatives, milestones, and KPIs
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Reinforce accountability for deliverables and commitments

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Experience supporting multiple business units or operating divisions preferred
- Industrial, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, engineering, or B2B experience strongly preferred
- Experience operating within fast-paced operational environments considered an asset
