About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Depending on your experience and the needs of the business, your shifts may include serving, bartending, hosting, food running, bussing, and supporting the team wherever needed.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a warm,



friendly attitude.
- Create a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Learn our food, beverage, beer, wine, and cocktail menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently.
- Provide recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Process payments using our POS system.
- Maintain clean dining rooms, patios, and service stations.
- Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning duties.
- Support teammates during busy periods.
- Follow food safety and liquor service regulations.
- Help maintain the high hospitality standards The Sound is known for.
