Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service & Retail Associate who is friendly, reliable, and eager to learn. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them find the best products for their pets and ensuring they have a positive experience in our store.

No previous retail experience is required - just a great attitude and a willingness to grow. If you love animals and enjoy helping people, this could be a great fit!

We are currently seeking a candidate with daytime and weekend availability. Ability to work after 5pm is considered an asset but is not required at this time.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers with a positive, helpful attitude
- Provide product recommendations and basic pet care guidance
- Maintain clean and well-stocked store displays
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately




- Stay informed on product offerings and store promotions
- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth daily operation

Qualifications

- Friendly and approachable personality
- Solid communication and customer service skills, including on the phone
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently
- No prior retail experience required
- Basic knowledge of animals or pet care is a plus
- Proficiency in English is required
