Front Desk / Member Services Representative

Are you energetic, people-focused, and passionate about fitness? We’re looking for enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our team in a fun, social, and motivating environment!

What You’ll Do:

- Greet members and guests with a friendly smile and help direct them to the right trainer, class, or service area.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage bookings through our front desk system.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for personal training or consultations.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and handle basic administrative tasks like filing and sorting.
- Provide accurate information about memberships, promotions, and facility services.
- Keep the front desk organized and welcoming at all times.

- Some sales experience is an asset — commissions are guaranteed!

Education Requirements:

- High school diploma required.
- Some college, CEGEP, vocational training, or university education preferred.

Shifts to be filled:

- Monday - Friday 6am-12pm and 6pm-12am
- Weekends - Saturday 9am-3pm and 3pm-9pm / Sunday 9am-3pm and 3pm-8pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
