Duties
- Must be experienced in hotel houskeeping and a supervisory role
- Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules that maximize efficiency while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Train and motivate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service best practices
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards, safety regulations, and hotel policies
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment,
ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance

Experience
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial supervision within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, industrial cleaning equipment, and sanitation standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a agile environment
- Familiarity with hospitality operations, including guest service protocols and safety regulations
- Experience with managing inventories of cleaning supplies and maintaining compliance with health standards
