- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently throughout each shift
- Maintain cleanliness standards by regularly cleaning dishwashing stations and surrounding areas
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items in compliance with safety regulations
- Support the food service team by providing clean dishes promptly for meal service or banquet functions
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards and prevent contamination




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times

Requirements

- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
