Sales & Closing

- Meet with prospective clients for renovation consultations
- Understand client needs, project scope, priorities, and budget
- Present renovation solutions and help clients move forward confidently
- Follow up on quotes, proposals, and open opportunities
- Handle objections professionally and move deals toward close
- Work with management where required to support pricing and proposal development
- Close profitable renovation projects

Client Relationship Management

- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the renovation process
- Help maintain a strong client experience from sale through completion
- Ensure client expectations, project details, selections, and scope items are clearly communicated internally
- Conduct project check-ins and support relationship continuity during the renovation
- Help identify additional project opportunities, upgrades, secondary phases, and referrals

Pipeline & Business Development

- Keep your sales pipeline highly organized and actively managed
- Follow up on all quotes and opportunities consistently
- Use CRM to track all calls, notes, next steps, and client activity
- Build self-generated business through networking, outreach, referrals, and relationship development
- Develop referral relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, contractors, designers, and other strategic partners

Reputation & Growth

- Ask for Google reviews and client referrals
- Support the company’s growth by helping improve conversion, client experience, and repeat business
- Contribute to a high-performance, accountable, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

- Previous 2 years+ of sales experience is required
- Strong confidence in handling objections and closing
- Comfortable working in a CRM-driven sales environment




- Strong follow-up habits and ability to manage a pipeline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with in-home consultations, site visits, and client-facing work
- Able to balance both sales performance and client account management
- Must be comfortable being held to measurable performance standards and KPIs
- Must have own vehicle for transportation

Strong Assets

- Experience in renovation, construction, home improvement, real estate, design-build, or related industries
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
- Experience selling higher-ticket services
- Experience managing clients after the sale, not just closing the deal
- Existing network or comfort with referral / relationship-based business development
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin speaking

- Generating referrals, reviews, and repeat opportunities
- Contributing to both company-provided and self-generated revenue

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
