Victory Hill Child Care Society is a small business in Victoria, BC V9B 1C5. Wage Enhancement offered. With teacher-guided activities, and creative social experiences. We are the First Black-led Daycare in the capital region. We are a Christian based organization.

Victory Hill Child Care Society is now hiring a agile and experienced Teachers for multiple classrooms including:
Infant aged
Preschool aged

Some of the duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Creating and maintaining an environment that is clean and safe for all children
- Carrying out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children
- Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs
- Implementing lesson plans/curriculum on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development
- Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family in order to provide quality care for the children

Qualifications:





- An associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education OR an associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with 12 Early Childhood Education credits completed
- 2 years of verifiable and relevant experience
