Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapists to join our team in providing high-quality behavioral support to children with developmental and behavioral challenges. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families by implementing evidence-based interventions within a supportive clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a strong understanding of pediatric care, and experience in special education or related fields.
Duties
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs, utilizing research-backed strategies to promote skill development and reduce problematic behaviors.
- Collect and analyze data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational standards.
- Assist in developing behavioral goals and strategies aligned with each child's unique needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities related to ABA techniques,
pediatric care, and special education practices.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure a safe environment for children and staff.
Skills
- Experience working with children, particularly in pediatric or special education settings.
- Knowledge of research methods related to behavior analysis and data collection techniques.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, hospital procedures, or patient care is a plus.
- Strong case management skills with the ability to coordinate services across multiple providers.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's developmental growth.
