Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part‑Time B2B Marketing Development Specialist specializing in the cosmetic manufacturing sector. Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential B2B clients within the cosmetic manufacturing industry.
- Develop and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns utilizing platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and email marketing to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Optimize company websites and product pages using SEO best practices and WordPress management to enhance online presence and search engine rankings.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement through Google Analytics and other analytics tools to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage social media channels with engaging content tailored to industry audiences, fostering brand awareness and client interaction.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, updates, and branding initiatives.
- Prepare budgets for marketing campaigns,



monitor expenditures, and ensure productive allocation of resources across digital channels.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools to create compelling visual content for promotional materials, presentations, and online platforms.
- Support sales teams by providing market insights, lead generation data, and strategic recommendations for outreach efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of research findings, campaign results, and client interactions to inform ongoing marketing development.

Experience

- Proven experience in digital marketing within the cosmetic manufacturing or related industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in e-commerce platforms, SEO techniques, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with product management processes and the ability to coordinate marketing activities with product launches.
- Strong knowledge of website management using WordPress as well as basic HTML skills for content updates.
- Experience conducting market research and analyzing consumer data to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while maximizing ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to research, analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
