Part-time Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Part-time Server to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role offers flexible hours perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality and food service.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Using our POS systems
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling and preparation
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables during busy periods
- Being creative with drink specials





Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving or hospitality is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Food industry knowledge including food preparation, serving, and guest services is desirable
- Willingness to be a team player

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
