Job Summary
Barrier Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to oversee and manage tank coating projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership abilities, computer skills, and expertise in project planning, quality control, and budgeting. This role is vital in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. The position offers an opportunity to lead teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
- Utilize excel & word for project planning, tracking, and documentation
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards and client specifications
- Manage project budgets, perform cost estimations,



and monitor expenditures to maintain financial efficiencies
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Supervise crews, providing guidance on best practices and resolving on-site issues promptly

Skills/Requirements

- Minimum 10 years industry experience
- Extensive experience in supervising projects
- Holds a NACE II certification
- Computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lead teams confidently

Pay: $48.00-$52.00 per hour
