Vita Bella Cleaning is looking for friendly, reliable cleaners to join our growing team across the Okanagan.

We primarily clean vacation rentals and Airbnb properties, with occasional residential and move-out cleans as needed. Most of our work takes place during the day on weekdays, typically between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., with most shifts lasting 3 to 6 hours. Weekend availability is important during our busiest times of the year, but we do our best to keep weekend work to a minimum whenever possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Cleaning and preparing vacation rentals between guest stays
- Making beds and staging rooms so they’re guest-ready
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living spaces, and other areas as needed




- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and restocking supplies
- Helping maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Creating a clean, welcoming space for every guest
- Representing Vita Bella Cleaning in a professional and friendly manner

Pay & Position Details

This position starts at $23/hour, with opportunities to earn up to $25/hour based on reliability, performance, and the quality of your work.

We work with independent contractors because it provides flexibility for both our cleaners and our company. Your full hourly rate is paid directly to you, with no payroll deductions for income tax, CPP, or EI. You’ll be responsible for managing your own taxes, giving you more control over your earnings and finances.

Before getting started, you’ll simply need:

- A reliable vehicle
- Basic cleaning supplies and equipment
- General liability insurance
- A criminal record check

If you’ve never worked as an independent contractor before, don’t worry. Getting set up is straightforward, the costs are modest, and we’re happy to guide you through the process.

We also begin with a short introductory period so you can get a feel for the work, and we can make sure it’s a great fit for both you and us before moving forward long term.

Previous cleaning experience, especially with vacation rentals or Airbnb properties, is an asset but isn’t required. We provide training, so if you’re dependable, hardworking, and take pride in leaving every space looking its absolute best, we’d love to hear from you!
