THE OPPORTUNITY The Yard Gym is opening its doors on Dundas St W in the Trinity Bellwoods hood - a premium, class-based boutique fitness concept built to stand above every studio around it.

Our Front of House is the heartbeat of that experience: the first and last face every member meets, the closer who turns interest into memberships, and the creative eye behind on-brand content that makes Toronto stop scrolling. This is Front of House reimagined. You'll set the tone for a premium, boutique experience from the first greeting to the final goodbye and you'll own far more than a desk. You'll run the sales pipeline, help drive events and community, keep the studio stocked and on-brand, and do it all with a genuine curiosity for how AI can make every step sharper, faster and more personal. WHAT YOU'LL DO





- Front of house — be the face of the studio: warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, Welcome Tours, and a spotless, on-brand space.
- Sales — own the pipeline from first enquiry to signed membership, close with confidence, and use AI to keep every lead warm.
- Content — capture and post daily, on-brand social that makes Toronto stop scrolling. The Yard Gym
- Front of House 1166 Dundas St W, Toronto Events & community — help run launches, pop-ups and run clubs that turn the neighbourhood into the TYG family.
- Operations — keep the studio stocked, payments current, and every standard premium.
- Fitness floor experience required to do the training and know the training.

WHO YOU ARE -

Experienced in the fitness industry (essential) and living an active lifestyle yourself.

- Active and confident on social media — you have your own presence and know how to create for the platforms.

- Personable and warm — clientele feel welcomed and valued the moment they walk in. - Genuinely interested in AI — you follow the tools, love experimenting, and see how they transform a sales process.

- Exceptionally detail-oriented — nothing off-brand, sloppy or half-finished gets past you. - Creative — an eye for content and an instinct for what looks and feels premium.

- A natural organiser who keeps many plates spinning without dropping one.

- A confident closer who can sell with authenticity,

- Cool under pressure and comfortable making the call.

- Comfortable taking ownership — someone who doesn't need to be chased. - Available for early starts, evenings and some weekends across our 5:30am–8:00pm operating hours.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

$60,000–$70,000 achievable salary, depending on experience, including performance-based commission.
