Your Role:

A Personal Training Manager (PTM) ensures that the club delivers a high-quality, safe, and engaging fitness experience to all members.

Job Summary:

- Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards and leading by example.

- Ensures that team members consistently execute the basics in punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness, and cleanliness.

- Hires, trains, and develops a robust team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Consultants.

- Responsible for the successful attainment of department targets, including revenue and member retention.

- Is the point of contact for all personal training department inquiries.

- Responsible for a clean and well-maintained environment. #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN
